I just remembered about sauces. Moreover, about those who are prepared in five minutes, and the dish is made better at times. There are very, very many such sauces, but, oddly enough, they are not widely used in our country. Let's be honest, most often on the tables are ketchup and mayonnaise, the rest seems to us too costly in terms of labor and finance.

So today is a short selection of such sauces.
Vinaigrette sauce with cilantro
We take:
- Kinzu (large bundle)
- A couple of cloves of garlic
- A couple of tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How we cook: we punch everything in a blender
What it will do: for all dishes where cilantro is appropriate - from salad to meat and rice. If you think the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with a couple of tablespoons of cold water (filtered or boiled).
Creamy jalapeno
We take:
- A glass of natural yogurt (thick). Can be replaced with high fat sour cream (thick)
- 1/2 glass of olive oil
- A tablespoon of wine vinegar (white)
- Clove of garlic
- One hot pepper (ideally a jalapeno, but non-pedigree from the nearest store will do as well). We remove seeds and partitions from it.
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Half a bunch of dill
- Salt to taste
How we cook: we punch everything in a blender.
Suitable for: a, almost everything except sweet. Sounds great with chicken, not bad - with meat and cutlets (not steam), can be used as a sauce for sandwiches or even for pizza.
