I have tried on the Captain of Obvious costume more than once and wrote that pasta is the first food in our country. Yes — yes, someone will say that potatoes, but in fact - pasta of all sorts and price categories.

Well, what - you can buy it everywhere, cook it - simply and quickly, and even not as dangerous as store-bought dumplings, in which no animal was harmed during the production of minced meat.

The only thing is that pasta is stubbornly served either as a side dish or with spicy or salty toppings. And this sooner or later becomes to all eaters across the throat, because a person always wants variety.

Let's diversify the menu with sweet treats? You can cook pasta like that!

Let's prepare a noodle maker (well, or a noodle maker). There are a great many recipes for noodles (noodles), and I do not want holliwar in kamenty, so I immediately warn you: my recipe is the most wrong! I myself have already realized this, imbued with the horror of the situation, tried to crawl under the bench, but the trouble is that I did not fit under it.

I also don't teach anyone to cook, I just talk about my experience. It will be useful to someone, to someone it will not be useful, but to me (and to my household) my dishes seem tasty (taste is generally a matter of taste, sorry for the tautology)

In general, for my wrong noodle maker you need:

  • 300 egg noodles, purchased or homemade if you have the strength
  • a pack of cottage cheese (can be granular) weighing 400 grams
  • A couple of tablespoons of sugar (the amount of sugar depends on how much you like sweets)
  • Quarter glass of marmalade, jam, or thick preserves
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream (and additionally if the curd is very dense)
  • Two spoonfuls of butter
  • Vanilla, vanilla essence, vanilla sugar (available)
  • Breadcrumbs as needed

Cooking all this is not at all difficult. Boil the noodles as expected, and punch the cottage cheese with a blender until it forms a tender mass. If it turns out to be very dense, then dilute with cream or sour cream.

Then we have a small episode of dancing with a tambourine: we need to mix cottage cheese with sugar (half of the total mass), jam, vanilla, one egg and already boiled noodles.

But here's the trick: firstly, it is no longer possible to use a blender, and secondly, we need to do all this so that the mass is more airy. Therefore, we separate the yolk from the protein, stir everything except the protein. And beat the protein separately and carefully mix it into the resulting mass.

Done?

Then we coat the form or frying pan with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put our future noodle maker on it. Stir the sour cream with the rest of the sugar and the egg, pour in the casserole and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
