Recipe:
Cottage cheese -250 gr.
Sour cream -3 tbsp (100gr)
Eggs -2pcs.
Sugar -1 tbsp
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Soda -1 / 2 tsp. (to repay)
Vegetable oil -2 tbsp
Flour -350-400gr.
COOKING METHOD
Put 250 cottage cheese in a bowl, add 3 tbsp. sour cream, by weight 100 grams. Mix and punch with a blender so that there are no lumps.
We break 2 eggs, add sugar 1 tablespoon, 1/2 tsp. salt. Mix and add half a tsp. soda, extinguish it with lemon juice and stir.
Add 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Now we add flour gradually. First, knead with a spoon, then knead on the table.
You may need more or less flour, I needed 350 grams of flour today. Roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick, make circles of any diameter, depending on what kind of cakes you want.
Be sure to fry over medium heat so that the cakes have time to fry. During baking, they grow well, they turn out to be lush, and when broken, you can see that they are hollow inside.
I serve these cakes today for breakfast with hot sweet tea.
