Today I share the recipe for Brawn in a bottle of chicken. This is a great substitute for store-bought sausage. Inexpensive, cooking couldn't be easier and very tasty. It can be served with sandwiches and potatoes, for example. Well, very tasty.

Recipe:
Chicken -1.5-2kg.
Salt -1.5 tsp-2 tsp
Bay leaf -3 pcs.
Black peppercorns -10-15pcs.
Onion -1pc.
Garlic -5-6 teeth.
Haas instant gelatin -20gr.
COOKING METHOD
We take a chicken, I have a weight of 1.5 kg, cut it into pieces.
Put in a saucepan, add 1.5 tsp. salt, onion, bay leaf and a mixture of peppers. Fill with water about 1.5 liters.
We put to cook on fire, cook until the meat is well boiled and easily leaves the bones.
It takes about 2 hours over medium heat. I cook in a pressure cooker, 45 minutes after boiling is enough for me.
Now let the meat cool to a warm state. About 50-60 degrees. We remove the chicken from the broth. Measure 2-3 ladles of broth into a bowl. Add 1 pack of gelatin to the warm broth. I have Haas Instant Gelatin in a 20 gram pack.
Stir until dissolved. If you will be using another gelatin, use it according to the instructions. Separate the meat from the bones. It is not necessary to grind the meat much, it wakes up to look more beautiful in the context. Now add 5-6 garlic cloves passed through a press, pour in the broth with gelatin and mix. We take the bottle, cut off the top of it. I have a bottle volume of 1 liter. We put the prepared meat.
Instead of a bottle, you can take any container of your choice, for example. I like to do it in a bottle because it looks a lot like a sausage that way. We put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies for 4-5 hours or overnight.
Now we take the frozen brawn out of the refrigerator and remove it from the bottle. We make an incision with a knife and pull the plastic with our hands, it breaks well. Here he turns out to be beautiful. Now we cut it and serve it to the table. It is cut well, it can even be cut into thin slices. Delicious with boiled potatoes.
