Two recipes that made me love Zucchini!
Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalinina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Here are two zucchini recipes that I love to cook as soon as the zucchini season begins. These are the simplest cooking options, but very tasty. The whole family eats with great pleasure. To be honest, I am not a special fan of zucchini, but in this way I eat cooked with appetite and great pleasure.

Sour cream -100gr.
Garlic -1-3 teeth.
Zucchini in a pan:
Zucchini -500gr.
Salt - to taste
Flour - for boning
Mayonnaise or sour cream -100g.
Garlic -2-3tooth
COOKING METHOD
The first version of the zucchini in the oven. Zucchini 1-2 pcs. weighing 500g. cut into circles about 1-1.5 cm wide. Let's put it aside.
Cheese 100 grams rub on a coarse grater. Put 120 grams of sour cream in a bowl, add cheese, garlic 1-2 cloves, salt about 1/3 tsp and mix. Take a baking sheet and grease with oil.
Put the zucchini, put cheese with sour cream and garlic on top, about 1 tsp each. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees until tender and golden brown. Delicate and tasty.
We serve hot to the table, although they are also tasty when cold.
The second option, fried zucchini in a pan, is the one I love the most. Everything is simple here. Zucchini 500 gr. cut into circles 1-1.5 cm wide.
Add salt about 1/3 tsp. and mix. Prepare the sauce 100 grams of sour cream or mayonnaise, mix 2-3 cloves with garlic. Put the pan on the fire and pour in the vegetable oil, heat it up.
We take the prepared zucchini and roll in flour. It is more convenient for me to do this in a bag. Put the zucchini in a skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
Remove from heat and put sauce on warm zucchini, decorate with dill sprigs. Simple, but very tasty. We serve tender, ruddy fried zucchini warm.
By the way, they are good in cold form, well, if they live until they cool down.
