For dinner, I wanted something unusual and I have decided to make your own salad, it combines seemingly incongruous products.
And it turned vkusno😊
Red fish salad and oranges (in the total of 300 g) - 300 kcal.

As a result, the day I got 1330 kcal.
I do not forget to drink water before each meal (a glass) and during the day. And green tea drink. Other beverages in my diet no.
Recently, a lot of work and of the exercise only strip, as well as exercises to maintain a toned legs and thighs (and that during cooking in free time).
