In the heat, I really don't want to eat anything, so I often make ice cream. My recipe is very simple. The ice cream is tasty, healthy, from natural ingredients. And it is also low-calorie, so it is suitable even for those who follow the figure.
Ingredients:
Yogurt
Fruit juice
We need 200 ml of yogurt. We take the most common, natural yogurt. It is better to take it without any flavors, because in the end they will give a smack, or even completely interrupt the entire taste of ice cream.
Add 150 ml of fruit juice to the yogurt. I usually use orange because it refreshes very well. I tried other juices as well. I liked the cherry, I also used strawberries chopped through a blender - it was also delicious.
Juice is best taken with pulp, ideally freshly squeezed. But if you do not have a juicer, then it's okay, take regular store juice from the bag.
Mix the juice and yogurt with a blender until smooth, then pour into molds, insert popsicle sticks. If you don't have special molds for ice cream, it doesn't matter, you can simply pour it into plastic containers and then eat it with a spoon.
We put the molds in the freezer for 4-6 hours, then we take them out and you can enjoy delicious homemade ice cream. By the way, to make it easy to get out of the mold, dip it in hot water for a couple of seconds.
