Today I am sharing a recipe for vinaigrette in an ingenious way. I like to do everything quickly and easily. I looked at this method of cooking from a friend when I went to the village to visit my parents. Beets and other vegetables are cooked in this way for 3 minutes. Which is very convenient, and all the vitamins will be in place.

COOKING METHOD

And so we proceed. Dice the raw beets. Pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil into a frying pan, put chopped beets and mix, so that the beets are in vegetable oil. Let's put it aside. Cut raw carrots and potatoes 2 tubers into cubes.


We put carrots and potatoes on the beets, but do not interfere, only level them.


We put on the fire, pour in 6 tbsp. water, close the lid. As the vegetables boil, droplets will begin to form on the lids. We timed 3 minutes. And we remove from the heat, you cannot open the lid, you need to wait until the vegetables have cooled.


Prepare the dressing in a bowl, pour 4 tablespoons. butter, add 1 tbsp. lemon juice, put salt 1/3 tsp, half tsp. mustard, sugar half tsp, l. Stir the dressing ready.


Put the cooled vegetables into a salad bowl, cut the onion into cubes and add to the vegetables, cut the pickled or pickled cucumber, and add sauerkraut to this.


Pour in the dressing and add black pepper to taste. We mix. The vinaigrette is ready. Add green peas if desired.


This method is much faster than usual, I hope you will like it too.
