I called this dish - bachelor's dinner, just to emphasize the simplicity of its preparation, because even a child can cook it.
For cooking, we need:
- Potatoes - 500 gr.
- Curry powder - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt to taste
First you need to peel the potatoes and finely chop them into thin strips. When I cook myself, I rub the potatoes on a coarse grater. stated that the "bachelor" is preparing, then it is clear that no one will rub anything on a grater), so we return to the fact that we just finely cut potatoes. We wash it in water several times. Place the potatoes in a colander, then place them on a paper towel and pat dry.
Pour curry into potatoes and stir.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Without stirring the potatoes, fry on one side for 7-8 minutes over medium heat.
Flip with two spatulas to the other side, salt and remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Use a pusher to make 2 symmetrically located indentations in the potatoes. Place the pan in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Pour eggs into the grooves,
cover (optional) and return to oven for another 5 minutes.
That's all! The supper is ready!
Bon Appetit everyone!!!
