Today I am sharing a recipe for homemade halva from seeds in a couple of minutes. If you want to prepare a quick and tasty tea delicacy, then this is the place for you. This is not only easy to prepare, but also delicious. You can cook it not only from seeds, but also from any nuts, you can add dried fruits, there are many in the general version.

Recipe:
Sunflower seeds -300gr.
Honey -120-150gr
COOKING METHOD
We take 300 grams of peeled seeds, as I said, you can take nuts, or make from a mixture. For example, seeds and almonds. Seeds and walnuts. Put in a pan and fry in a pan, stirring constantly so that the seeds do not burn.
Remove the seeds, let them cool a little. Now put the seeds in a blender and grind well.
Here is such a mass. Put in a bowl, now add honey. If the honey is thick, it is better to flood it. I need 120 grams of honey for 300 grams of seeds, this is 4-5 tbsp. The mass should not be too liquid, but also not quite thick.
If you need some more honey you can add, but don't overdo it. I check if the crumbs do not disintegrate when pressing on the resulting mass with a spatula, then there is enough honey. We take a suitable shape, cover it with cling film, put the seeds with honey and tamp well.
We put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours so that the mass cools and takes shape. Now we take out and cut into portions. Pour tea and enjoy. I assure you it is very tasty and the taste cannot be compared with the store halva.
