Those for 11 kopecks School cutlets. The COOK of that time gave a recipe for the school Gost.
Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalinina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Today I want to share a recipe for school cutlets for a school guest. The difference between these cutlets was that instead of white bread, black rye bread was added to them. Although a lot of bread is added to them, they turn out to be very tasty, juicy and incomparable in taste. Prepare and remember this familiar taste from childhood.

Recipe:
Minced meat -600g.
Black bread - 370g.
Water -200ml. into bread and
150ml minced meat.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Bulb -2pcs.
Garlic -3-4 teeth.
COOKING METHOD
We take half a bun of dark bread, weighing 370 grams. Cut off the crusts. Fill the pulp with water, about 200 ml. Put the cuttings on a baking sheet and put in the oven, you need to dry them. Then grind them with a meat grinder or blender.
We pass 600 grams of meat, pork with beef through a meat grinder with a fine grid. Immediately pass through a meat grinder 2 onions, 3-4 cloves of garlic and swollen bread, you do not need to squeeze the bread. Salt minced meat about half a teaspoon, and mix. Pour cold water into the minced meat so that the minced meat is not dry, I needed about 150 ml. add water gradually so as not to get too runny minced meat.
We form cutlets, I form them weighing 80 grams. Roll in croutons. I get 13-14 cutlets from this amount.
We take a frying pan.
Pour in some vegetable oil and fry over high heat until golden brown. About 1.5 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and fry the next portion.
We take a baking sheet, grease with oil, put the cutlets and put in the oven, at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes. It is necessary to bring the cutlets to readiness. Optionally, you can bring the cutlets to readiness in a pan.
While the cutlets are being prepared, we will cook any side dish, I have pasta today.
