A simple way to make a soft and juicy veal. A flavorful sauce gives the meat special, delicious taste.
Recipe veal chop with creamy sauce
Ingredients:
Veal 600 g
Wheat flour 50 g
Salt 1 h. l.
The mixture was dried Provence herbs 2 hours. l.
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Onion (100g) ½ pcs.
Garlic cloves 2 pieces.
Dry white wine (table) 150 ml
Cream 20-22% 150 ml
Preparation:
Cut veal (across the fiber) into pieces of 1.5 - 2 cm. thick.
Cover meat cling film, repel, so that the thickness of the meat was about 0.5 cm.
Need to beat gently so the meat is not torn.
In a wide bowl add flour, herbs and salt.
Mix well, and collapses in the resulting mixture repulsed meat.
Preheat a frying pan with a little oil, lay out the meat and fry for half a minute on each side.
It should not be longer to fry, because the meat is dry.

Then pour 150ml dry white wine, ready for 2-3 minutes.
Next, pour 150 ml of cream and add 2 hours. l. Provencal herbs.
Cooking, stirring, until thick sauce. We try to taste and season with salt if necessary.
Pour meat sauce and serve.
As a garnish excellent option would be mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable salad.
