Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share with you a recipe for potato casseroles with lazy bechamel sauce and minced meat. It is delicious, juicy and satisfying. I love such simple recipes. I prepared everything in the oven, and the result will surely please everyone.

Recipe:

Potatoes -700 gr.

Salt -1 tsp (incomplete)

Egg -1pc.

Butter -30-50gr.

Milk - to taste

For minced meat:

Onion -1pc.

Minced meat -500g.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

Sweet paprika -1 / 2 tsp

Dried garlic -1 / 2 tsp

Flour -1 tbsp

Milk -300ml.

Cheese -100gr.

Cooking method:

And so we proceed. To begin with, we will peel the potatoes, the weight of the peeled potatoes is 700 grams, we will cut it into 4 parts so that it cooks faster. We put it in a saucepan, add salt, fill it with water, I usually fill it with boiling water from a kettle, so the potatoes will start to cook faster. We put on fire and cook until tender.

At the same time, cut the onion, take a frying pan, pour in a little vegetable oil, about 2-3 tbsp.

We take the prepared onion, put it in a frying pan and fry until translucent. Now add 500 grams of whatever minced meat you like. I have a mixed one. We try to break the minced meat into small particles with a spatula.

Fry until the liquid evaporates. Now add half a tsp. salt, black pepper, red paprika, you can add your favorite seasonings.

Mix and add 1 tbsp. flour, mix and pour in 300 ml of milk. Stir and cook until thick. We remove from the fire.

We check the potatoes for readiness, drain the water.

Add butter to the potatoes to taste and turn into mashed potatoes. We break one egg, add a little milk. Our task is to prepare delicious mashed potatoes.

We take a suitable baking dish, grease with butter. Put mashed potatoes, distribute evenly. Now put the minced meat. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, I take mozzarella cheese for pizza about 100 grams.

Sprinkle cheese on top. We put in a preheated oven and cook for 20-30 minutes, be guided by your oven.

We take out the finished casserole, cut into portions and serve. Hearty and tasty.
