Today I want to share a recipe for Apple Donuts with Kefir. I have this recipe from a series of guests on the doorstep. It turns out a lot, prepares quickly, without problems and always has everything at hand. The apple inside turns into a delicious delicate cream, it turns out that donuts are immediately filled.

Recipe:
Kefir -200 ml.
Sour cream -2 tbsp.
Egg -2pcs.
Sugar -2 tbsp.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Baking powder -1 tsp.
Flour -160gr.
Apples -2-3pcs.
Cooking method:
Pour 200 ml of kefir into a bowl, add 2 tbsp. sour cream.
We mix. We break 2 eggs, a little salt, 3 tbsp. Sahara. Measure the flour 160 grams, add 1 tsp. baking powder and mix.
Now gradually add flour with baking powder to the dough. The dough should be as thick as pancakes.
Take 3 small apples, peel, remove the middle and cut into cubes.
Add apples to the dough and mix.
Perhaps at this stage, you will still need 1-2 tbsp. flour. It took me 1 tbsp.
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan. Take the dough with a teaspoon and put it in hot oil. It is imperative to fry over medium heat so that the donuts have time to cook inside. Turn over and fry on the other side.
Remove on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Ready donuts are served to the table. Fast, a lot and very tasty. By the way, they are also very tasty when cold.
If you wish, you can fry them in a pan like pancakes, it also turns out delicious.
