Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Today I want to share the recipe Roll "Pyatiminutka". I remember it from childhood, my mommy often cooked it. I want to note that such a base for a roll does not break or crack after cooling, I would even say that it is ideal. Such a roll is prepared really very quickly, you just need to mix everything, it takes 8 minutes to bake. It turns out that in 15-20 minutes the roll will be completely ready.

Recipe:
Condensed milk -380 gr. (1 can)
Eggs -2pcs.
Flour -150g. (1st volume of 250ml)
Salt -1 / 4 tsp
Soda -1 / 2 tsp. (to repay)
Filling:
Jam, jam or jam - to taste
Cooking method:
We put 380 grams of condensed milk in a bowl, I have homemade condensed milk, I cook it for good, roll it up in sterilized jars and then store it in a cool place.
You can watch the recipe for making condensed milk in my video:
We break 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt. We mix. Now add 150 grams of flour, mix everything again. Now add half a tsp. soda, extinguish it with lemon juice and mix again. The dough is ready.
We take a standard baking sheet from the oven. Cover with baking paper and pour over the dough. We level. We put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Do not overdo it.
Now we take it out of the oven, put it on a towel, remove the baking paper and wrap it in a roll with the towel. Leave the base to cool.
Well, now, when the base has cooled down, grease with any filling. Since I am sharing with you a recipe from the 80s, I want to convey the filling of that time. Usually it was jam, jam, boiled condensed milk or sour cream. I have sour plum jam today.
We wrap it up, let the roll get stronger. We cut off the sides, for convenience I divide it into 2 rolls. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cut into portions and simultaneously heat the kettle. Now we pour a cup of tea and start drinking tea.
