Canned Fish Saury -1 can
Eggs -7 pcs.
Carrots -1pc (100gr)
Potatoes -2 pcs (200gr)
Butter -50g.

For mayonnaise:
Vegetable oil -150ml.
Egg -1 pc.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Sugar -1/3 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Mustard -1 tsp
COOKING METHOD
Boil 7 eggs and divide into white and yolk. And rub the whites and yolks on a fine grater separately. On a fine grater, grate one small boiled carrot, 2 boiled potatoes on a coarse grater. Chop green onions with a knife, you can replace them with onions, but then it is better to marinate them.
We will prepare homemade mayonnaise, if you use the store you can skip this step. Pour 150 ml of vegetable oil into a bowl, break 1 egg, so that the yolk is whole. Lower the blender so that the yolk is under the blender and beat until thickened for 15-20 seconds. Now add half a tsp. salt, 1/3 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. lemon juice. We punch everything again with a blender. The mayonnaise is ready.
We collect the salad. Cover the board with cling film in two layers. Put the egg yolks in the first layer. We form a rectangle, grease with mayonnaise, you can put mayonnaise in a cellophane bag and cut off the edge.
Put the proteins in the second layer, distribute over the yolks, but not completely, leave the edges. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Put the carrots in the third layer, grease with mayonnaise. Put potatoes in the fourth layer, distribute.
Lubricate with mayonnaise. Rub 50 grams of butter on a fine grater with the fifth layer, the butter must first be frozen in the freezer so it will rub well.
Put the onion in the sixth layer. Now we grind a can of canned fish with a fork along with the liquid, I have saury. And put it in the middle. You should get such a pyramid.
Now, with the help of cling film, we connect the edges and get a roll. Turn over and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, let the roll get stronger. Now we remove the film, put it on a dish and decorate. I decorated with dill sprigs and carrots.
