Oh, what are fragrant and sweet! Very tasty and unusual buns from sour cream dough.
ingredients etc.To test:
450 c. wheat flour
200 gr. good margarine or butter
200 gr. sour cream
a pinch of salt
For filling:
4 the purified medium sized apples (not sour)
30 oz. butter
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 h. l. potato starch
1 h. l. ground cinnamon
lemon peel from one lemon
icing sugar for decoration
Preparation:
1. Cold margarine or butter, cut into small cubes.
2. Sift flour twice.
3. Pour the flour into parts butter or margarine, add salt and chopped together with a knife until fine crumbs.
4. The crumb put sour cream and knead the dough tender.
5. The dough is rolled into a tight ball, put in a bag and put into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
6. Apples are washed and cleaned.
Diced whether thin slices. Do not forget to remove the seeds and the stalk.
7. Put the apples in a saucepan, add the vanilla sugar, lemon zest, starch, cinnamon and 1 tbsp. l. cold water.
Stir the contents of the pan and place on low heat.
After boiling stew apples under the lid at low heat for 7-10 minutes.
Then cool.
8. Chilled dough is removed from the bag and roll out thinly.
9. Glass or notches cut out circles of dough.
10. On each circle spread 1 tbsp. l. apple filling (cooling!).
11. Assemble the edges of the dough so as to obtain a bag.
12. Baking tray lay a baking paper and brush with oil.
13. Share buns on tray and put into a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Ready muffins cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
