What can I say, the weight slowly but surely creeping down, what unspeakably happy. Compared with what path I had already passed - the remaining extra kilos, I'm sure will go away sooner or later.

Even if 1 kg per month - I'll be happy, because now for me is paramount quality of the body, the skin.

And here is the result. Already 79.6 kg. And somewhere a half years ago it was 132.2 kg!

And I keep the topic of loading days are decided on a mandatory basis to organize themselves on Saturdays or Sundays. I'm having a big problem. With that, I'm afraid not cope.

The problem is that when we went on picnics in the summer, visitors came and we went to visit - to relax and eat a meal more than I allow myself a normal day for me was not a problem. Situation, a lot of delicious and varied food, a little alcohol if their business affairs. And though I chose a less high-calorie and more nutritious foods, but the download is still getting.

And for dinner, I decided not to bother and cooked mini pizza dough cheesecake that everyone liked for the whole family.

I also decided to eat one a pizza (mushrooms, cheese, peppers and tomatoes), especially since the dinner we had as many as 5 hours before sleep, nothing bad will happen from carbohydrates in the evening.

It turned out to dinner 320 kcal.

Total for the day I left 1280 kcal.

Continues to drink boiled water (and I really like) and other drinks - only green tea without sugar.
