Fillet meat -700g.

Sour cream -200ml.

Water -200ml.

Greens to taste

COOKING METHOD

Cut the meat fillet of pork 700 grams into portioned pieces, approximately, like into chops.

We beat the meat on both sides, salt, about half a teaspoon, add spices to taste, I have a mixture of peppers, now roll the pieces of meat in flour. Take the frying pan and pour vegetable oil into the pan, put the meat and fry over high heat until golden brown on both sides.

So we continue with all the meat.

Let's prepare the fill. Put 200 grams of sour cream in a bowl, add a little salt, a mixture of peppers, 1 tsp. flour and pour in 200 ml of boiling water, mix.

We put the prepared meat in a clean frying pan, I take Wok. Put the meat and pour the sauce. Close the lid and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Chop the garlic 3-4 cloves, finely chop the dill greens. Add garlic and herbs to the meat 2 minutes before cooking.

We remove from the fire. The meat is tasty, soft and tender, the gravy is aromatic. It goes so hot with any side dish.
