Today I am sharing a recipe for a curd cake for breakfast. An excellent substitute for curd cakes and curds. It turns out delicious, it is easy to prepare, even those who do not like cottage cheese will like it.

Recipe:

Eggs -2 pcs.

Sugar -2 tbsp.

Cottage cheese -200gr.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Flour -100gr.

Baking powder -1 tsp.

Apple -1pc.

COOKING METHOD

Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 2 tbsp. sugar, and beat with a whisk until foam appears.

Now add 200 grams of cottage cheese, 1/3 tsp. salt. Mix everything, now add 100 grams of flour and 1 tsp. baking powder. We mix, it turns out a rather thick dough.

Cut one small apple into thin plates. Grease the pan with oil, put in the dough and distribute evenly. Now we put the apple.

Close the lid and cook, always on the smallest fire. I have 9 modes, I cook on mode 4 for 15 minutes, during this time the cake will rise, brown from below, and grab from above. then turn over with a plate.

Close the lid and fry for another 10 minutes. Now remove from the pan. Immediately cut into portioned pieces and serve with sour cream in the heat of the heat. With hot tea or coffee. Very tasty and simple.
