To prepare the delicious lettuce take all the ingredients for a traditional "Olivier", only instead of sausage add canned tuna, shrimp and green olives.

Recipe Salad "Olivier fishy" with tuna and prawns


Ingredients:

shrimp - 200 g.
tuna - 2 cans
potatoes - 500 gr.
carrots - 2 pcs.
egg - 2 pcs.
cucumber - 2-3 pc.
peas - 1 jar
olives - 1/2 cans
mayonnaise - 250 g.

Preparation:

Eggs, potatoes, carrots thoroughly washed, and boil until tender.

Let cool in cold water (for a more rapid cooking) and purified.

Shrimp, if not take boiled, spread in boiling water and boil to 10 minutes (depending on size).

Prepared shrimp cleanse and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Pickles, potatoes and carrots - cubes, olives, drained and cut into thin half-rings, eggs - finely.

Tuna open, merge, and mash with a fork into smaller pieces.

All prepared ingredients are put in a large bowl.

Add the mayonnaise and stir.

If salad serve portions, the spread delicious salad tuna fish and shrimp in a serving ring which locate in the middle of the plates and gently remove the ring.



Decorate with shrimp, grated egg yolk, red pepper and serve.

Or simply serve salad a la the "Olivier" in a large salad bowl.
