Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalinina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share the recipe for Curly Pie! Preparing it is so simple that it couldn't be easier. You need to put everything in a bowl, mix and in the oven. The products are the most affordable. The nuts on the pie become crispy, thanks to which the taste of the pie turns out to be special and unusual and appetizing.

Recipe:

Eggs -2 pcs.

Sugar -150gr.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Kefir -200ml.

Vegetable oil -50 ml.

Flour -200g.

Baking powder -10g.

Walnuts -50g.

COOKING METHOD

And so we proceed. Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 150 grams of sugar, 1/3 tsp. salt, and mix with a whisk or just a spoon.

Now add 200 ml of kefir at room temperature, 50 ml of vegetable oil.

Mix everything again. Measure out 200 grams of flour, add 10 grams of baking powder to the flour and add to the dough.

The dough is ready. We grease the mold with oil, I have a mold diameter of 22 cm. Chop the walnuts with a knife or you can take seeds, peanuts or almonds.

Sprinkle nuts on the dough generously. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer. We extract from the form. While the cake is hot, you can soak it with jam if desired.


Cut and serve for tea. Fast and tasty. Many people ask why my pastries turn out so yellow, the secret is that I cook with homemade eggs.
