Here are the most common and most affordable ingredients. It is very simple to prepare, and everyone likes the result. The cake turns out to be very tasty and can compete with more than one cake.

Recipe:

Flour -200gr.

Cocoa -40g.

Baking powder -12gr.

Vanilla sugar -1 pack

Sugar -180g.

Kefir -200ml.

Egg -1pc.

Vegetable oil -80g.

Instant coffee -1.5 tsp.

Boiling water - 150ml

Salt -1 / 4 tsp.

Bananas - 3 pcs.

Cream option:

Cream 33% -300gr.

Powdered sugar -50g.

Sour cream -100gr.

COOKING METHOD

We measure out 200 grams of flour, add 40 grams of cocoa powder, sift through a sieve.

Add 180 grams of sugar, add vanilla sugar and 12 grams of baking powder. Mix everything, leave it aside. Pour 200 ml of kefir into another bowl, break 1 egg, pour in 80 grams of vegetable oil and mix with a whisk.

Pour into flour with sugar and cocoa, mix, you should get such a thick mass. Put 1.5 tsp in a glass. coffee, pour boiling water and stir.

Pour the coffee into the dough immediately and mix until smooth. The dough is ready. Grease a mold with a diameter of 22 cm and pour the dough. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until tender.

Let the cake cool completely and cut into 3 cakes. First, we mark it with a knife, then cut it with a regular thread. Let's prepare the cream. Pour 300 ml of whipping cream into a bowl, add 50 grams of powdered sugar and beat until stable peaks. Now add 100 grams of sour cream with 20 or 25% fat and mix. The cream is ready.

We collect the cake. Cut the bananas into circles. We coat the cake with cream, put the banana, grease the second cake with cream and put the greased side on the bananas, continue to do the same.

You can soak the cakes with additional impregnation, I do not do this since the biscuit is already wet. Lubricate the sides and top of the cake. Sprinkle the sides with crumbs, which we make from scraps.

From above we make shelves of melted chocolate and with a wooden skewer we make stains, first in one direction, then in the other. Let's let the cake soak well, 4-5 hours and you can cut it, today I needed to urgently serve the cake for tea, so I cut it right after assembly. But it immediately turns out to be soft and tasty.
