This quick recipe will definitely appeal to lovers of sweet aromatic pastries. Bake delicious sour cream bagels for your family for homemade tea. The cooking technology is quite simple and does not require expensive products, special skills and kitchen equipment.

The finished baked goods are moderately sweet and soft. Take mouth-watering jam bagels with you to work or give your child to school. They are great for a light snack.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 200 g

Sour cream - 100 g

Butter - 100 g

Vanillin - 1 pinch

Salt to taste

Jam - 100 g

Powdered sugar - to taste

To bake bagels with sour cream and jam at home, prepare a small list of products. You can use baking margarine instead of butter.

As a filling, not only thick jam, but also any nuts, boiled condensed milk, cinnamon with sugar.

Buy sour cream of any fat content. When using liquid, more flour may be consumed than indicated in the recipe, and vice versa.

Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add vanillin and salt. Stir until evenly distributed.

Remove the oil from the refrigerator. Cut it into small pieces. Dip to dry ingredients. Rub with your hands until an oil-flour crumb is formed.

Make a small depression in the center and pour in the sour cream. Stir first with a spoon so that all dry ingredients are moist. Then start kneading the mass with your hands until a soft ball forms. This step should be done quickly so that the butter does not melt.

Cover the dough with foil and send to a cold place for 15-25 minutes.

Remove the ball from the refrigerator. Cut into two halves. Send one to the refrigerator, and start working on the other.

Lightly dust the board with flour. Lay out the dough and roll out into a thin layer. If it sticks, add a little flour to the countertop and rolling pin.
