#valentines Sand cake with berry filling. The proportions are indicated for a 24 cm mold. The low oil content reduces the calorie content of this cake, and due to the filling, it turns out to be juicy and bright.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Baking powder, Egg yolk, Sour cream 15%, Vegetable oil, Sweetener (80-100 gr. Sugar), Vanillin, Salt, Toppings:, Currants (I have frozen), Corn starch, Sweetener (70-80 g of sugar)
Cooking method:
Mix eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, sweetener.
Gradually add flour, knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Wrap in a bag, put in the refrigerator for an hour.
Put berries (I have frozen currants) and sugar (sweetener) in a saucepan. Heat a little until the sugar dissolves.
Add starch and mix. Boil, 3-4 minutes, until thickened.
Pour into a separate bowl. Cool down.
Roll out one part of the dough (0.3-0.4 cm. thickness) and distribute in a mold, diameter 24 cm. Make sides 2.5-3 cm, lay out the filling.
Wrap the sides on top, on the filling. Next, thinly (0.2 cm), roll out the second part of the dough and cut into strips 1 cm wide, of the desired length. Decorate the top of the pie with braid.
Roll out the rest of the dough thinly (0.2 cm) and cut out in the form of "valentines", you can use a cookie cutter.
We spread our "valentines" on top of the cake.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180-190°C. Cool the pie completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. And you can submit! Happy 💕.
