On the one hand, new dishes, a variety of food and delicacies that you can afford on vacation, delight and decorate your vacation. But on the other hand, you quickly get tired of all this and want your usual food, not fatty, not very high in calories.

80 g of cottage cheese, an egg, 20 g of whole grain rice flour, 40 g of cheese - all mixed and fried in 3 g of butter.
Breakfast 450 kcal.
I completely forgot to remind you of the recipes for our okolopshchie sweets. Today I will remind you of the recipe for very lazy cabbage rolls and cheesecakes:
For a snack 350 g of melon - 115 kcal.
I had lunch with chicken broth (350 g - weight with chicken drumstick meat), to which I added 70 g of boiled vermicelli, herbs, garlic. I took 40 g of bread to the soup, which I dried in a toaster.
Lunch at 345 kcal.
Lunch field again pampered myself with the brought Crimean sweets (we dripped not the sweetest ones, even with sourness) - 70 g - 255 kcal.
And for dinner, I cut a tomato with herbs (250 g), seasoned with 30 g of 15% sour cream and warmed up the baked chicken drumstick (120 g weight of drumstick meat).
Went out dinner for 370 kcal.
The total calorie content of the day is 1535 kcal. B - 98, F - 62, U - 145.
As you can see, I add even a small amount of sweets to my calorie rate, if desired.
I observe the drinking regime, do exercises - slowly I enter my usual schedule after rest.
