I have already said that I have a friend who runs a small but very cozy restaurant. Moreover, quite often some of my dishes appear on the menu of her restaurant)) "Healthy meat", for example, or eggplants with vegetables with sour cream sauce. I will leave the links at the end of the article.

But I noticed that the meat in the restaurant tastes better! Tastier than at home! At first I thought that they were buying some special meat. But no - they take it in the same place as me. Then I decided that it was all about the professionalism of the cook... And I was even upset that I, it turns out, cook much worse))

But my friend reassured me. And the products are important, and the professionalism of the chef, of course, and the presentation of the dish. BUT there is more! A little secret that makes meat and fish tastier several times! And not only meat and fish ...

For example, this is how I cook meat most often. I washed it, dried it, added spices, salt, a drop of oil, left it for an hour or two and - into the oven.

It turns out very tasty! BUT the same piece of meat in a restaurant tastes better!

The secret is that the chefs add sugar along with the salt! Sugar! That's the secret!

I checked. At first I decided to bake quails. They are usually tasteless for me. But this time it turned out "magical"! I did everything as usual. Just one additional ingredient - and the dish is unrecognizable!

And it's the same with fish! Salt, spices and sugar! And any fish will taste better!

I don't know how to relate to this... Of course, taste is important. But not everyone can eat sugar! And when ordering baked fish in a restaurant, for example, few expect it to be served with sugar...
