Pork kharcho soup with potatoes and rice

Ingredients: pork, round grain rice, potato, tomato, onion, tomato paste, carrot, salt and pepper

Cooking method:

Rinse pork in cold water and pat dry. Put the meat in a saucepan and cook until tender (remove the resulting foam). Strain the finished broth. Cut the meat into pieces and add to the broth.

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Rinse rice.

Put the potatoes and rice in the broth and bring to a boil.

Add diced onion and finely grated carrots to the soup. Boil.

Cut one tomato into cubes.

Grind the second in a blender.

Add tomatoes and tomato paste last, when all products are ready.

Boil.

Peel the garlic, chop and add to the soup.

Turn off the gas and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
