I'll just tell you about my day and the menu for today. Most have a day off on Saturday - let me have it tooπŸ˜‰.

And my day off began at 4-30 am with a glass of water. And at 5 o'clock we were already walking in the nearest forest, hoping to find some mushrooms, at least for soup.

What aromas in the forest in the morning! It is precisely early in the morning for some reason that I like most of all in the forest - you can feel the freshness and aroma of herbs.

Our forest, not rich in mushrooms, nevertheless pleased us with little ones. They returned home empty-handed.

And I wanted to eat very, very much. I quickly fried eggs (myself from 2 eggs, without butter) and made sandwiches on whole grain bread (40 g) and cheese (35 g). Breakfast for 420 kcal.

After having breakfast and a little rest, we went to the market for fruits and vegetables and stopped at a shop at the fish farm for cold smoked pink salmon. I already missed the fish - this is my weakness. During the entire time of losing weight, I allow myself lightly salted or smoked red fish. And as you can see, "my weakness" did not prevent me from losing weight.

August 1 - The watermelon season officially begins. We decided to try the watermelon. We already took the watermelon a few weeks ago, but it was not particularly sweet, average. This time I was more lucky with a watermelon.

At home I had a snack with watermelon (as much as 800 g) - 200 kcal. I feel today my carbohydrates will go off scale.

For dinner, I cooked a huge pot of mushroom soup. A soup made from hand-picked mushrooms is twice as delicious! I also made a tomato, cheese and garlic snack.

Lunch: 450 g of mushroom soup, a snack of 100 g of tomato, 25 g of cheese, 5 g of garlic and 30 g of sour cream.

Having started eating soup, I realized that I still needed bread and took 25 g of Darnitsa bread, because my whole grain was over. It turned out lunch for 285 kcal

After lunch, I rested, read your comments. I think I could have missed a lot in a lot of comments, so I'm sorry if I didn't answer someone.

I was resting, but the fish in the refrigerator haunted me. All the same, she could not stand it and went and cut off 80 g of cold smoked pink salmon and 20 g of bread - 195 kcal. I ate it with tea and calmed down contentedly.

Some of the mushrooms collected today went for soup, and some of mine were asked to fry with potatoes.

And I decided that today will be the first time in 2 years of my weight loss, when I will eat fried potatoes. And what, I can afford this little cheat cute! Moreover, how much I wandered through the forest today, climbed over obstacles - why not fitness? πŸ˜‚

The only thing I changed about cooking potatoes was taking a non-stick frying pan and the whole the pan used only 10 g of vegetable oil and it turned out that KBZHU potatoes were not so scary. And all we need to do is reduce the amount of oil in which we fry food.

250 g fried potatoes with onions and mushrooms - 300 kcal.

The result of the day is 1400 kcal. But the problem with the BZHU. B - 73, F - 50, U - 160!!! One thing consoles, such a terrible BJU is very rare for me.
