So we celebrated on March 8, received our bouquets and gifts, someone ate from the heart.
I hope everyone has already switched to normal mode and again into battle with the hated fat.

My name is Anya and since May 2018 I switched to about proper nutrition and calorie deficit.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg with a height of 172 cm), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I lose weight.
I have currently managed to get rid of60kg.
I ate my weight for a long time and at the same time fought with it all my adult life. As it turned out, I fought completely wrong - with tough diets and hunger, breaking down and eating even more.
Yes, and I put my health on such diets. Even my impulse to lose weight with a nutritionist did not lead to anything good, except that I ruined my stomach and was treated for a long time.
But thanks to the calorie deficit - I did it!
I'll tell you about my menu for today.
I have breakfast today - scrambled eggs in pita bread with cheese. Very tasty and satisfying! And green tea after breakfast.
I needed 40 g of thin lavash, 1 egg, 40 g of cheese and some green onions. Total 350 kcal.
Today I had to prepare such breakfast 3 times - for myself and for my family.
Who would refuse a treat? And you say it is difficult for yourself and your family to cook separately. Don't need it separately! Most of the meals are great for families too.
In the afternoon I had a bite to eat while preparing dinner.
For a snack, 25 g of dried cranberries and cashews - 240 kcal.
I didn't eat everything right away, but stretched it out several times with tea during the day.
And for lunch we have bows (macaros) made from durum wheat with turkey and cherry tomatoes in a creamy sauce.
It turned out delicious and satisfying and can be served for the whole family.
I sautéed the onions in a pan without oil and added water.
I cut into smaller pieces a piece of turkey fried in a pan without oil, which I had in the refrigerator and was waiting in the wings and added to the onions. Several cherries, cut into quarters, went there. Poured about 60 ml of 10% cream, pepper and poured dry basil and garlic.
I boiled al dente bows and added them to the turkey saucepan and stewed them for a few more minutes. And the yummy is ready! Sprinkle with cheese when serving.
Lunch - bows with turkey in a creamy sauce (200 g) - 370 kcal.
I also cooked fishcakes today, which we had for dinner.
Dinner 230 g fish cakes, 120 g boiled potatoes and vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, green tea - only 120 g), seasoned with 10% sour cream (20 g).
Dinner turned out to be 375 kcal.
In just one day I have 1335 kcal.
I did not become after the celebration of March 8 (about which you can read here) increase the calorie intake above 1350, as I have been trying to do lately, in order to slowly prepare the body for the transition to weight maintenance.
After the holidays I try to drink more water, but I didn’t have any physical activity, except for walks. I will catch up on weekdays.
