Delicious soup, to diversify their menus.

Fish soup with mackerel

Ingredients:

- Frozen mackerel - 2 pcs.
- Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Semolina - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 50 g
- Greens - to taste
- Spices for fish - to taste
- Bay leaf - 1-2 pc.
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste

Cooking method:

1. Thaw, gut and wash the mackerel. Cut into pieces a la carte. Salt and mix well.
2. Clean, wash and cut into slices potatoes.
3. Boil 2.5 liters of water. In boiling water omit the potatoes. Cook for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Peel, wash and dice the onion.
5. Peel, wash and grate the carrots.
6. Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil. Put in hot oil, onions and carrots. Simmer, stirring, over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Add tomato paste. Mix. Simmer 1 minute.
7. Put in a pan zazharku and fish. Bring to the boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Then add the spices, dosolit if necessary. Stir the soup spoon, pour a thin stream of semolina. Mix. Cook for 5-7 minutes.


8. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
9. Add to the soup greens. Remove from heat. Let stand 15 minutes.
Bonito fish soup is ready.
