There is really no secret. As you understood from the collage above, the key to success is counting calories. What did calorie counting give me besides the fact that I achieved results in weight loss that I never dreamed of? It:

  • changing eating habits,
  • lifestyle change,
  • change in taste preferences,
  • tasty and balanced diet,
  • lightness and health.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Today at breakfast I was once again convinced that coffee with milk, and even with syrup (or sugar) - this is still a time bomb and not just coffee, but any drinks with additives.

In the sense that when you do not count calories, you do not notice how slowly but surely you go through food.

My breakfast would be a great breakfast today if it weren't for the coffee with milk and syrup.

Sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (60 g) with butter (10 g) and cheese (70 g - a bit too much cheese, soft and poorly cut).

With green tea, my breakfast would be 460 kcal. And if I tried to cut the cheese more thinly - then less.

But coffee with milk and syrup brought me more 105kcal!

Total - 565 kcal only for breakfast.

I just want to pay attention to drinks again. If I had drunk this coffee a couple more times, I would have gotten enough calories for a whole dinner.

By counting calories, you understand where the legs grow from, where the excess weight comes from. Either coffee with milk several times a day or tea, then candy or cookies. And then there are the main meals, which can be small in portions, but so high in calories. That's overweight. And thoughts: I eat so little - why am I getting fat.

Today I am drawn to carbohydrates for some reason. So I decided to have a snack, having drunk green tea with fruit marshmallow, and I took 2 more things - 105 kcal. Convenient and no need to be distracted from work.

True, I didn't manage to work properly during the day. From the very morning I was finishing the article "acquaintance", in which I added photos that came late in the evening. Then I could not tear myself away from your comments. So I constantly jumped into Zen in order to communicate with you. The evening is waiting for me at the computer.

They also distracted me - I had to run to pick up the frozen puff pastry. I have already said that I practically stopped going to the store and use joint purchases, organized in our residential complex - it is more profitable and you can order products that are not on fire around the day you will find.

And I need puff pastry to cook quick snacks for the family. Recently they got hooked on snail cookies, as I call them. And it's good for me, in 10 minutes from the finished dough I get a huge bowl of cookies.

Today I wanted to share with you a recipe for quick puff pastry cookies. Maybe someone will come in handy.
You will need a pack of frozen puff pastry (I usually take it without yeast) and fantasy.
The last time I did 2 types: with cinnamon and sugar, and also with vanilla and sugar.
Defrost the dough in advance and roll it out. You should get a rectangle, which we cut so that we get two long rectangles. Lubricate melted butter (literally 20 g) sprinkle one rectangle with cinnamon and sugar (2 tsp), sprinkle the second with vanilla and sugar (2 tsp). We roll up a long roll, which we then cut into small pieces no more than 5 ml thick.
Put it on a baking sheet covered with paper and in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Simple, fast and tasty - everyone is happy. The filling can be changed to taste. You can even brush it with cottage cheese mixed with egg and sugar, or grate chocolate into the filling. Or make cheesy ones. Wow, I got carried away, a fantasy played out.

But, it's high in calories!)

I wanted to tell you that I took the dough and coveted a watermelon. As a result, I have already told you the recipe. Well, here's how it is possible๐Ÿ˜‚ Apparently I have such a day today, I want to speak out, talk, share everything I know.

And I was tempted by the watermelon, yes. I could not pass by, so he responded loudly to the knock.

They could not resist and immediately tried the watermelon. Ate 620 g of watermelon - 155 kcal.

Carbohydrates are likely to go off scale today. Well, okay.

I knocked down the whole diet with a watermelon. Dinner moved a little.

For lunch, the last plate of pickle (420 g) with 30 g of sour cream 15%.

Lunch at 220 kcal.

I had everything ready for dinner since yesterday. Yesterday I fried chicken pancakes with zucchini and cheese for a few days. And to cut a salad for them - it's quick๐Ÿ˜‰

180 g of pancakes, vegetable salad of cherry tomatoes and cucumber (total weight 150 g), seasoned with 5 g of olive oil and we got a dinner for 375 kcal.

In total, 1405 kcal came out in a day. B - 78, F - 62, U - 129.

I drink the rate of water (approximately 2 liters), do exercises, stand in a plank, walk for 5 minutes on an ellipse, and do not forget about skin care.
