Trout with garlic sauce, baked potato "pillow"
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 6 pcs.
Cream - 250 ml
Garlic - 2 cloves
Flour - optional
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Trout - 4 steaks
Butter - optional
Vegetable oil - optional
Spices - to taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. In a skillet, melt the butter. Then a couple of minutes in it chopped garlic, that he let the fragrance.
3. Add a tablespoon of flour and lightly fry.
4. Pour the cream, stirring vigorously.
5. Once the sauce thickens, add a little water and spices boiled salt, bay leaf, pepper blend. Bring to boiling sauce, switch and cover.
6. Then fry the grated carrots and onions.
7. Potato slices cut average thickness. Place in a form, add salt, pepper and a little vegetable oil.
8. Put the potatoes on top of the fish, lightly prisolit it.
9. Fish - carrots and onions.
10. And top with garlic sauce.
11. Fish Bake 40-45 minutes at a temperature 180ᵒS.
Cooked fish fed with hot garnish salad and vegetables.
