Fragrant and very tasty summer tomato appetizer for every day. This is one of the quick options for pickling tomatoes. Tomatoes are unusual, slightly spicy and with a pleasant sweet and sour taste. To prepare such an appetizer, you will need 5 minutes of active time and only 20 minutes for pickling. By the time you set the table, the appetizer will be ready.
This appetizer option is great for any side dishes, especially meat dishes. It can also be an unusual substitute for a summer vegetable salad.

Ingredients:
- medium-sized tomatoes - 5 pcs.
- parsley - 1 bunch
- garlic - 2 cloves
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
- apple cider vinegar (you can use table 9%) - 1 tbsp. l.
- Dijon mustard (French) grains - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1/2 tsp. l.
- sugar - 1/2 tsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. First, prepare the tomatoes. Cut them into slices about 1 cm thick. Medium-sized, firm-fleshed tomatoes are best suited for this appetizer.
Finely chop a bunch of parsley.
2. Add 0.5 tsp to the prepared parsley. salt, 0.5 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp. mustard grains or regular mustard. Here we squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through the press. Add black ground pepper.
Pour 1 tbsp into this mixture. l. apple or table 9% vinegar and 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Mix the marinade well.
3. We coat the circles of prepared tomatoes with marinade on one side and stack them on top of each other.
4. Put the tomatoes in any container and cover with a lid or cling film. We put the tomatoes prepared in this way in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes so that they marinate.
We take out the finished tomatoes from the refrigerator and serve on the table.
