Simple and delicious, nutritious salad with chicken and pickles is perfect not only as a variety of the diet, but also for the holiday table. It can be seasoned with both mayonnaise and sour cream, in both versions it will turn out delicious, but the second will give a lighter result.

The basis of the salad is boiled chicken fillet. By the way, it can even be baked or fried, or even smoked breast can be used. Pickles that are crispy and tasty. For a satiating salad, we will add potatoes and an egg, and some peas will give it a piquant touch and zest.

Serve the salad on your own or add a side dish like baked potatoes.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 250 g

Potatoes - 1 pc.

Pickled cucumbers - 5 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Canned peas - 3 tbsp

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Cook the potatoes in advance in their uniform.

Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes and place in a deep salad bowl.

Cut pickled / pickled cucumbers into cubes or strips. Transfer the slices to the potatoes.
