Savory pepper in a spicy tomato sauce

Ingredients:

2.5 kg of paprika
1.5 kg of tomatoes
2 heads of garlic
1-2 pods hot pepper
0.5 cup vegetable oil
0.3 cups of vinegar
2 tbsp. l. salt without slides
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. ground paprika
1 tbsp. l. dry spices
1 bunch of parsley

Preparation:


1. Tomatoes Wash and chop into a puree using a trowel, so that did not get finished peel.

2. Wash thoroughly, remove the stalk and seed peppers.

Cut the peppers into large chunks.

3. Parsley wash, dry and finely chop. You can use other herbs, such as dill or cilantro.

With basil and celery leaves, too delicious.

4. Garlic cloves to disassemble, clean and chop with a knife.

5. Hot pepper finely chop enough. Seeds of pepper sure you want to delete.

6. In a deep pan boiled tomato mass, add to it the garlic, pepper, salt, sugar, paprika, spices, vinegar and oil.

8. Boil sauce 15-17 minutes after boiling.

10. Hot pepper sauce spread out in sterilized jars and immediately roll covers.

11. Turn jars upside down to wrap the top blanket and left to cool down at room temperature.
