Fresh cabbage soup in fish broth

  • Pour the whole fish with cold water and slowly bring to a boil.
  • The fish broth should not boil or it will become cloudy.
  • Heat a dry frying pan vigorously and place coarsely chopped carrots and onions on it. Fry them quickly.
  • When the broth boils, remove the foam from it.
  • Put vegetables and spices in it and cook all together on low heat for one hour.

I want a rich-flavored broth.

Add some salt to the broth.

I also sent the frozen stalks of greens to the broth.

When ready, all the fish must be selected, and the broth must be filtered into another bowl.

Prepare vegetables for cabbage soup

  • Load potatoes first and bring to a boil.

  • Add zucchini and celery five minutes after boiling the potatoes.
  • Bring the broth to a boil again.
  • Add tomatoes or tomatoes in your own juice to fried onions with carrots.
  • Simmer for 5-7 minutes and add everything to a saucepan with broth.
  • Increase heat and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 3 minutes and load the cabbage.
  • When the broth boils again, add the fish
  • Now the soup needs to be salted and black pepper added for flavor.
  • At the end, add the grated garlic, bring to a boil and that's it.
  • Turn off the heating, close the lid and let it brew for half an hour.
