I will tell you what Cold Brue is and how to make tea using this method.

In the summer I don't feel like hot tea at all. I drink hot coffee with pleasure, but I perceive only cold tea.

I used to like ice teas from Lipton, but at some point they became very sweet and it became impossible to drink them. And it’s expensive to buy them every day.

Then I started making iced tea on my own. At first, I boiled it with boiling water and put it in the refrigerator. But after cooling down, I didn't like the taste of this tea.

Therefore, when I learned about the Cold Brew method, I was very happy. Cold brew is translated from English as cold brewing. The method consists in long-term infusion of tea or coffee in cold water.

If 5 minutes is enough for brewing tea with boiling water, then the time of infusion in cold water can last from 12 hours to infinity. Let me tell you how I do it.

This time I decided to take 3 different types of tea. Karkade is red tea, so to speak. I don’t remember the herbal collection β€œVigor”, but the packaging has already been lost. And the third one is making green tea with jasmine.

I take exactly the same amount of tea leaves as I would put in using the traditional method.

I put the tea leaves in bottles, fill them with cold water and put them in the refrigerator for 12-14 hours.

I usually prepare tea in the evening and leave it overnight.

In the morning, iced tea is ready, it remains only to strain and bottle. If I brew hibiscus in this way regularly, then green and herbal for the first time. It's interesting to try what happened.

The taste of these drinks turned out to be subtle, but very pleasant. Harkade has a pleasant sour taste. All drinks perfectly quench your thirst in the heat. And most importantly, they do not harm the figure.
