In order not to torment yourself with regular diets, various restrictions and hunger, you must consciously approach nutrition.

Don't eat everything because you want to, but control what and how much you eat. Only if you start eating consciously - you will not only lose weight, but also easily maintain your weight.

One of the best, in my opinion, ways to control nutrition is by counting calories and BJU (proteins / fats / carbohydrates).

Many do not even realize how many calories they actually consume each day. I often read comments that you eat little, but do not lose weight, but on the contrary - the weight is growing.

And you also often write to me that you are terrified after a couple of days just counting your usual diet in the calorie counter. For many, it is more than 2500-3000 kcal. And this is overeating, which leads to weight gain. And it seemed that you were eating little.

The first time, counting calories - you will form food habits, understand how much and what kind of food you need to eat every day in order to lose weight or simply maintain the weight that you need.

And thanks to the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, you will help the body maintain and increase health. After all, giving up one of the nutrients can lead to health problems. Everything needs a rational approach and balance.

Thanks to calorie counting, I achieved results that no diet could give me. A small calorie deficit is the absence of hunger, comfortable weight loss and the presence of substances necessary for the body.

I'll tell you about my menu for the day.

Breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain bread (55 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and boiled pork tongue (65 g).

At breakfast I drank green tea with sandwiches.

Happened 360 kcal.

If yesterday I managed to overcome myself and instead of a cake in 5 minutes, which is being prepared in the microwave, I quickly cut a salad with Peking cabbage, but today this number did not work for me.

I didn't want anything but a cupcake. I thought that I would not even be able to work normally at the computer further if I did not eat a cupcake for a snack.

And now 75 g of banana, 1 egg and 5 g of cocoa are whipped with a mixer, poured into a mold and sent to the microwave for 5 minutes. Lubricated with 40 g of soft cottage cheese and 10 g of date syrup.

The cake was still warm, the tea was hot - he brought me such pleasure.

And just something 250 kcal for a snack.

And immediately life improved and the work went faster, my thinking became betterπŸ˜‚.

I remember how I did before. Sitting at the computer all day, I drank tea with chocolate. I could eat not a single chocolate bar in a day. And when I worked in a government institution, the chef constantly fed me chocolate - especially when there was a lot of work, the deadlines were all burning and I had to think faster. So we all sat on chocolates.

Can you imagine how many calories were ingested only from chocolate? Horror! And we always had chocolate in our office. And they themselves bought, and brought and treated.

And we all thought: we eat so little, why are we only growing in breadth?

A very rough example, but indicative: you can eat 3 handfuls of food a day, but if one handful contains 700 kcal, you are not you will lose weight, and possibly gain weight, if your calorie intake is less than 2000 kcal per day, and you brought yourself 2100 with three handfuls of food kcal.

Today I have a beef broth pickle for lunch. For a long time I have not eaten beef broth soups, although I love them very much. Firstly, we try to eat less beef, because not everyone can eat it, and secondly, beef is too expensive. But I found farm meat (veal) at a more or less acceptable price - we will slowly include it in the diet.

A plate of pickle (490 g) and 30 g sour cream - 320 kcal.

On the weekend I cooked some jellied meat, I need to eat it slowly. Therefore, while we have jellied meat in our diet every day.

Today I didn't boil potatoes for jellied meat, but just ate 270 g of jellied meat with a slice of bread (30 g) for dinner.

Went out dinner for 280 kcal.

By the evening I left free calories so that a little later than dinner (which we have at 17 o'clock) with tea to eat dummy buns.

I cook these buns for the second day in a row. We like it very much. Mine are eaten with condensed milk.

And I stuffed buns (40 g) with cottage cheese (30 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (40 g) for tea. Everyone has their own favorite fillings - give someone sweet, but here's a fish with cottage cheese for me.

Happened 225 kcal

Hot tea, buns with one of my favorite fillings - I had a very tasty evening. The buns even brightened up the fact that I had to work at the computer all evening until late.

As a result, 1435 kcal per day turned out. B - 95, F - 67, U - 104.

I have drunk the norm of water, do not forget about physical education and skin care.

I have never said that everything is perfect for me and I constantly pay attention to the need for skin care in the process of losing weight, especially if you are losing weight with a lot of weight. If you do nothing, then in the end you can really get skin that will not tighten well and a loose body.

Today I want to tell you again about the miracle vacuum jars.

I have been using jars for a long time and noticed that cellulite pits are well removed and the surface of the thigh becomes smoother.

Cellulite visually decreased with weight loss and the transition to a more proper diet and adherence to the drinking regime.

But the most terrible dimples, deep ones still remained, although they decreased. And thanks to the vacuum massage, they are becoming less noticeable and I hope that they will soon disappear completely.

Since women lose fat from the abdomen with a fight, I try to work out the lower abdomen with jars (it is there that there is still perennial fat, who does not want to leave me at all) and according to my feelings, it is thanks to vacuum massage that the situation changes for the better side.

Jars cost pennies at the pharmacy. However, you need to be careful with them, read the contraindications.

Of course, fat is lost with the help of a calorie deficit.

In the absence of a calorie deficit, neither massages, nor sports, nor anything else will help you lose weight.
