Delicious, hearty and simple loaf cake that everyone, without exception, will like. The pie is prepared quickly - just about half an hour and the whole family is full and happy, so be sure to try it, I'm sure this recipe will take its rightful place in your cookbook.
Ingredients:

We take one loaf and cut it into pieces. I usually buy already cut, it is much easier, and more accurate than cutting myself. We cut off the edge of each piece of loaf (a little, literally 5-7 mm) so that the piece can be "put" in the mold. By the way, it is best to use a round shape.
Now we grease each piece of loaf with butter and put on the edge (cut edge) in a mold greased with vegetable or butter.
Put a circle of sausage or ham between the pieces of loaf, it will need about 400 gr. You can also put a circle of tomato (3 pieces will go on the pie). You can experiment and add whatever is in the refrigerator: boiled chicken fillet, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.
Now whisk 5 eggs and 1 glass of milk until smooth. Salt to taste and fill the pie with the resulting mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese (about 200 gr) on top and send to the preheated oven.
Cooking for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. As soon as the cake is covered with an appetizing golden brown crust on top, you can take it out of the oven. Sprinkle with herbs on top. It tastes best when hot, so serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
