Now I cook cutlets this way! Everyone knows how to cook cutlets, but not all of them are really tasty. Today I will tell you about my recent discovery - I replaced only one ingredient, and the result was amazing.
Previously, I always cooked cutlets like this: any minced meat, or two types of minced meat, an egg, onion, salt, spices, as well as a loaf soaked in milk. I think most housewives cook cutlets in about the same way.
And then one day I started making minced meat for cutlets, and at the very end I discovered that it turns out that I have neither a loaf, nor a roll, nor even a piece of white bread.
And then I decided to experiment and added rye bread instead of a roll. Likewise, I soaked it in milk and mixed into the minced meat. The cutlets turned out to be simply divine! I myself did not expect such a result.
The taste is slightly different than adding a bun. Very similar to kindergarten cutlets - insanely delicious! A little later, I concluded that it is better to soak rye bread in water, not milk - it will be even tastier this way.
By the way, I recently found a recipe on social networks from some blogger. So, the blogger also advised adding rye bread rather than a white bun to the minced meatball. So try it too, it will be especially tasty if you have beef cutlets. Bon Appetit!
