3 easy lemonade recipes that quench your thirst well in the heat and do not require boiling syrup.
Just imagine - summer, sun, heat and lemonade in a misted glass. High! I love lemonades and have always made them myself for the last few years. A couple of years ago I found my perfect recipe for classic lemonade lemonade.
It is great for everyone: it is easy to prepare, only simple ingredients, easy to modify to suit your taste and, most importantly, you do not need to cook the syrup, in this way it turns out to save all the vitamins and the benefits of lemons.
I'll share three of my favorite variations and at the end I'll tell you how you can make your own. I will not delay, let's cook!
I will give the entire cooking process using the example of classic lemonade, and for the rest I will leave a list of ingredients and small notes.
Step by step recipe on how to make lemonade
Classical
- Water 1 l
- Sugar 100 g
- Zest and juice of 1.5 lemon
I remove the zest from the lemons and send them to the mixing bowl.
I add lemon juice, sugar and water. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. In cold water, sugar dissolves for a long time, you can warm up the water a little to speed up.
The zest is the topmost layer of the peel, it is bright in color, and we do not need the white part, it will taste bitter.
I cover the bowl with cling film and remove to infuse for 3-4 hours in the cold, and preferably at night.
After insisting, filter the lemonade through a sieve and serve.
Tarhun
- Water 1 l
- Sugar 100 g
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Tarhun 40 g
Tarragon is added to lemonade after infusion, preferably just before serving, since tarragon juice darkens over time and loses its beautiful bright color.
Pour tarragon leaves with a small amount of lemonade and punch with a blender until smooth. I filter and add to lemonade.
Strawberry
- Water 1 l
- Sugar 100 g
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Strawberry 50 g
I add strawberries before insisting. I just cut off the ponytails and crush it with a potato press. If desired, you can punch with a blender.
To prepare your own taste, simply add 40-50 grams of juice or puree of your favorite berries or fruits to the classic lemonade. If you find this lemonade too sweet, just dilute it with a little water to your liking.
