I suggest you cook mackerel with onions in the oven - Fish turns juicy, flavorful and so tasty! Well, simply delicious! There will be no piece!

Ingredients

mackerel
bulb onions
mayonnaise
ketchup
salt
pepper / spice
butter

We will need 3 mackerel. Eviscerated fish, clean and cut into small pieces.

For mackerel add 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 4 tablespoons ketchup. If you do not eat mayonnaise, then replace it with sour cream.

Add salt, pepper (spice) to your liking. But do not forget that in mayonnaise and ketchup salt is already there, so do not overdo.

Now for onions. I have to say: the bigger the bow, the tastier and juicier turns mackerel. I usually take 4-5 bulbs of 3 mackerel. Onions cut into rings. Only the rings must not be thin, a thickness of about 8-10 mm.

Then lubricates butter baking dish and spread pieces of mackerel, alternating with onion rings. Approximately, as in the photo above. Can be put in the form of a sheet of paper for baking and also to grease it with butter.

Bake mackerel with a bow in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve with vegetable salad and any side dish. Bon appetit, my dear!
