Recipe Roast potatoes with mushrooms and bacon

Ingredients (2 servings):

400 g of potato
200 g of the frozen mushrooms
100 g of lard bacon or
2 onions
50 g of melted butter
200 g of tomato
2 eggs
salt
ground black pepper

Preparation:

Potatoes are washed thoroughly, pour hot water and bring to boil.

Boil for 10 minutes. Drain the water, club let cool, peel them and cut into slices.

Mushrooms dipped in boiling salted water, bring to a boil again and boil for 5 minutes.

Drain.

Lard or bacon cut into cubes.

Onion peel and chop.

Pan to heat.

Put the bacon and cook, stirring, until browned.

Add the onion, melted butter and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.

Put boiled mushrooms, potatoes and frying, stir 10 min. over medium heat.

Tomatoes Wash and cut into slices.

Add to the pan, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Eggs lightly shake and pour into the pan of the circle.

Prepare 5 minutes. under the hood.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
