Cooking method:
Make a dough: mix 50 g of water, yeast, a pinch of sugar, flour until the consistency of thick sour cream.
Add oil, salt, dough, flour to the water, knead the dough. It should be a little sticky. Leave to rise.
Divide the dough into pieces. Form into cakes and leave to rise. For a pizza with a diameter of 33 cm, you need a cake weighing 250 grams.
When the cake has risen, roll it out and put it on a baking sheet or in a mold. You don't need to lubricate with oil, it is already in the dough.
For Parma pizza, we prepare white sauce: dissolve the butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir so that there are no lumps. Pour milk in a thin stream, stir and cook until the lumps thicken and disappear. Add garlic, grated cheese. Spread on the base, put the bacon and a little pesto sauce on top.
For pepperoni: prepare tomato sauce: mix 3 tablespoons of grated tomatoes with a spoonful of olive oil, add a little salt, garlic, basil and oregano (herbs can be dried or silent pesto sauce). Lubricate the base with sauce. Grate the cheese on top, spread the sausage
Bake in a preheated oven at a maximum temperature of 10-12 minutes, heating mode from above and below.
