Let's talk about weight loss myths today. There are so many of them. I myself believed in some of them.

✅For example, the myth that there are foods with negative calories. Proponents of this theory believe that there are a number of foods, the digestion of which the body spends more energy than foods contain.

However, everything is not so simple. There is a certain amount of calories that our body spends on digestion and assimilation of food - this is from 5 to 35% of the calorie content of the product. And most of all energy is required to digest protein foods.

The body spends only 5 to 15% for the assimilation of foods that supposedly have a negative calorie content (these are mainly vegetables and fruits). If the body has spent 15% of its energy on the digestion of celery, then the remaining amount of calories will still be absorbed.

✅ Another myth is associated with increased sweating and fat burning. Some people think that if you sweat vigorously, then fat is burned, so they try to dress in such a way as to get a good sweat while playing sports.

The weight is indeed lost, but it is the water that is leaving, not the fat. In this case, you can bring the body to dehydration.

✅And one of the most common myths, in which many still believe, is that you cannot eat after 18 hours if you want to lose weight. Most experts have long recommended avoiding food 2-3 hours before bedtime. And for those who go to bed at 21 o'clock - the rule "do not eat after 18" - works. But only for them. You should not starve yourself if your daily routine is such that you go to bed at 11-12 pm, or even later. There will be no benefit from this, but it can lead to "nocturnal gore".

I also believed in these three myths in my time. But I have long forgotten about them.

Back in the days when I wrapped myself in cling film to sweat in fitness, when I went hungry after 18 and ended up breaking down and eating late in the evening, when I ate grapefruit all day long, thinking that it also burns fat - in those days I could not lose weight and achieve the results that dreamed.

Now I know that these are all myths that I do not follow.

The rules for a comfortable and tasty weight loss are simple. We observe a small calorie deficit, a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, a drinking regimen and move as much as possible.

As an example and in support of the words that slimming can be comfortable and tasty, I will tell you about my day and menu.

I start a week (even 10 days) when the diet may go wrong, because I will be constantly on the road. I will have to travel to Moscow by public transport and I will lose on average 5 hours a day. It's good that my husband will take me back.

This means that my work, blog, cooking, household chores and everything else is spread over the remaining 19 hours of the day. But there is a goal, which means I will have time for everything, right?

I have an early breakfast today. And it's good that I made liver pate a couple of days ago. You can make sandwiches - delicious and very satisfying.

Breakfast - sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (60 g) with liver pate (90 g) and green tea.

Breakfast came out on 320 kcal.

After breakfast I did a little work. Although I managed to prepare a lot on weekends, you yourself know that you cannot launch anything. If today you leave unprepared, for example, two documents, in a couple of days a whole bunch of urgent matters may grow.

I won't have time to eat at home. I hoped that I could buy some fermented baked milk somewhere on the way home, because my lunch would shift, and my body got used to the diet and would ask for food, I know it.

But I will have a lot of time on the road to read your comments, chat with you and even try to write something for a blog from my phone.

On the way home I drank 400 g of fermented baked milk - 265 kcal.

And my dinner was late. For lunch there was pea soup (430 g) - 205 kcal.

And drank green tea with 165 grams of carrot cake - 300 kcal.

I went home through the store. I took chicken breast to cook more cutlets. Add some lean pork to the chicken breast.

After dinner, I immediately began to cook. Cutlets are a great option to feed the whole family. You can always have time to boil for a side dish or cereals, or pasta, and cut vegetables. The main thing is that there are cutlets😉

My dinner consisted of cutlets (100 g) and vegetable salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs - total weight 150 g), dressed with olive oil-based sauce (5 g), pesto (3 g) and soy sauce (5 g).

Dinner went out on 300 kcal.

As a result, 1405 kcal per day turned out. B - 89, F - 67, U - 102.

In the evening I have walking on an ellipse - as I did not want to be lazy, but walking is now even prescribed for me. As well as a drinking regimen is required. Not less than 1.5-2 liters. In general, the water norm is 30 ml per 1 kilogram of weight.
