Today there will be an unusual recipe. Very simple, but it turns out to be a great thing that you can spread on bread and get a wonderful sandwich for breakfast. You can also fill tartlets, add to pies, make cakes and pastries.

In total, this recipe requires a lot of time, but direct participation will take no more than 2 minutes.

The main ingredient is kefir. It is best to take 3.2%. I take 4 packs of 450 gr. I send it to the freezer for several hours and freeze it completely.

I open frozen packages with scissors.

I take out such frozen kefir.

I put the ice in a bowl lined with a clean towel.

I collect the towel in a bag and hang it for several hours so that the serum is completely glass (you can put a towel with kefir in a colander and put a load on top).

That's how much serum I got after 12 hours from two packs of kefir, 450 grams each. The whey can be used to bake delicious pancakes.

But this consistency turned out to be curd cheese.

You can salt the cheese, add chopped herbs, garlic. You can add mushrooms fried with onions.

It turns out a wonderful cream for sandwiches.

It also makes delicious desserts and cake creams. Try to cook!
