Today I am preparing a "Magic" pie from dry dough. Preparing is elementary, you get a soft and juicy cake with a bright chocolate-cherry flavor.
First, I'll prepare the cherry, I have frozen cherries. I add sugar and vanilla sugar to the cherries. You can get the cherries in advance so that they defrost. And I quickly defrost the cherries on the fire, stirring occasionally.
As a result, cherries give a lot of juice - just what you need!
The oven can be immediately set to preheat 180 degrees. In the meantime, I will prepare the "dry" dough.
I already have two recipes with this test:
- Unreal sour cream
- Pie with apples
I add 100 grams of rolled oats to 150 g flour. I have instant oatmeal.
I add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of top cocoa powder. I stir it.
I rub 100 g of butter (I previously froze it in the freezer) into the dough on a coarse grater.
I rub butter with flour and flakes with my hands into crumbs.
Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 23 cm with butter.
I pour the crumb thinly.
I spread the cherries with a spoon, right with the juice. The oatmeal will absorb all the moisture.
Again a layer of "dry" dough.
I alternate dough and cherries until the end. The top layer should be crumbs.
I tamp the cake with a spatula.
On top I rub 30 grams of frozen butter on a grater.
I send it to the oven for 30 minutes, the temperature is 180 degrees.
The cake is very aromatic. I cut the cooled pie into pieces and serve it with hot tea! The pie turns out to be very tasty and unusual.
Oatmeal is not felt. Chocolate dough and juicy sour cherries. Try to cook, bon appetit!
