Today I will prepare an unusual and very interesting recipe. I will cook sushi, not classic at all, but very tasty and simple!

I'll take the most ordinary, simple round grain rice. I wash it 3-4 times under running water.

I pour water into a saucepan with a thick bottom. I pour 330 ml of water over 300 grams of rice.

I send rice to the fire, the fire is strong. As soon as the water boils, I reduce the heat, cover the pan and leave to cook for 15 minutes.

While the rice is cooking, I'll take over the rice dressing. I will need 40-45 ml of rice vinegar 3%. Apple cider vinegar can be substituted.

I add 15 grams of sugar and a little less than 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir thoroughly.

The rice is boiled over the fire for 15 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and leave the rice to stand under the lid for another 15 minutes.

The rice has stood, pour the dressing directly into the hot rice and mix gently.

And now the most unusual part of cooking :)

Lightly grease the cling film with vegetable oil and cover the ice mold!

I fill the cells with fish and shrimps.

I put soft curd cheese in each cell.

The last layer is rice. I press the rice well.

Flip it onto a plate or board.

These are such cute little ones! :)

Well, since I started experimenting with forms, I will do it on a wide scale! I take a dumpling maker!

I grease the film again with vegetable oil and put it on the mold. Then I repeat everything as described above.

I turn it over on a plate ...

And the whole army of sushi is ready!
