Cucumbers with red currant

Ingredients:

1 kg of cucumbers
5 cloves of garlic
2 bulb onions
2 glasses of red currant

Preparation:

Cucumbers wash.

Ingredients:

4.5 kg of cucumbers
200 gr. garlic
3 tbsp. l. tomato passes
1 cup vegetable oil
150 c. Sahara
3 tbsp. l. salt
150 ml of 6% vinegar
1 h. l. spicy paprika
1 tbsp. l. black pepper

Preparation:

Cucumbers soak for 2 hours cold water.
Then cut off the tip of cucumber. Large cucumbers cut into 4 pieces lengthwise.
Cucumbers are smaller - only along or can never be cut.
Garlic clean and skip through the press.
Combine all ingredients except vinegar.
Put on a moderate fire. After 30 minutes, the cucumbers are already swimming in sauce.
Try the sauce taste. It must be sharp, not salty, but not too sweet.
Extinguish cucumbers for another 15 minutes. Pour the vinegar.
Total suppression of time - 40-45 minutes.
Cover the pan with a lid and let stand 15 minutes.
Decompose cucumbers prepared in a sterilized 0.5-liter cans.
Pour the remaining sauce and sterilized for 25-30 minutes.
Banks roll and flip the lid until cool.

Cucumbers with apples

Ingredients 3 l jar:

1.5-2 kg of cucumbers
2 sour apples
3 garlic cloves
3 umbrella dill
sheet cherries and currants (a handful)
12 pcs. Pepper sweet pea
10 pieces. carnations
4 things. leafs
5 hours. l. Sahara
4 hours. l. salt
2 hours. l. vinegar

Preparation:

Garlic cut into slices, wash the greens.
The clean jars put the washed cucumbers, pereslaivaya their spices and slices of apples (peel do not clean).
Fill into the jar boiling water, let stand 20 minutes, then drain the liquid in the pan.
Again boil the water, add to it the sugar and salt.
Fill brim cucumbers second time, for 10 minutes.
Again, drain the brine into the pot. Boil.
At this time, pour into a jar 2 teaspoons incomplete vinegar, then pour the boiling brine boiled and roll covers. Banks flip and wrap until cool.
These cucumbers stored at room temperature.
